About MB-240 Exam

The Microsoft MB-240: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service validates the candidates’ skills and knowledge required for the implementation of solutions that manage resources the aim of which is to complete the field service lifecycle. The test is a part of the requirements for the achievement of the Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Field Service Functional Consultant Associate certification. The PL-200 exam is another evaluation to clear to obtain this accreditation.

The Microsoft MB-240 is designed for the individuals performing the job role of a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant. These professionals are responsible for implementing the field service processes that are developed in cooperation with external or internal teams.
